Who we are

Ringtap is operated by Akin Yavuz trading as Nith Digital, a sole trader registered in England and Wales. By using Ringtap you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Ringtap is

Ringtap is a software tool that helps sole traders and small businesses follow up on missed phone calls via WhatsApp. When a call is forwarded to Ringtap's number, the service sends an automated WhatsApp message to the caller and uses AI to gather basic lead information on your behalf.

Ringtap is a tool only. It does not employ staff, answer calls on your behalf, or guarantee any business outcome. You remain fully responsible for all customer relationships and commercial decisions.

New accounts receive a free trial of up to 10 missed call recoveries. No credit card is required to start. After the trial:

We are not liable for any failure, change in policy, or interruption by these third parties.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and code within Ringtap is owned by Nith Digital. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

You retain ownership of your business data (leads, notes, call history). We do not claim any rights over it.

Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

Limitation of liability

Ringtap's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of Ringtap after changes constitutes acceptance.
