Call forwarding codes

How to forward unanswered calls to Ringtap on any UK network. Takes 30 seconds.

How it works

Call forwarding on no-answer is built into every UK mobile network. When you type and call the code below, your carrier registers a forwarding rule: if a call rings out unanswered, forward it to Ringtap's number. No app needed. Works while your phone is in your pocket.

Instructions

  1. Find your network in the list below and copy the code.
  2. Open your phone's dialler (the standard call app, not WhatsApp).
  3. Type or paste the code and press Call.
  4. You'll see "Registration succeeded" or similar. Done.

To turn it off at any time, dial ##61# and press Call.

Check your phone's Settings → About → Network, or look at your latest bill. If you're still unsure, try the EE code — the format works on most networks. If you see "Registration failed", try the Vodafone format.
